SHIPPING POLICY

Currently Designs by M & J only ships within Canada via Canada Post. All pieces are meticulously wrapped in our recycled post-consumer materials. We are pleased to be able to offer free shipping on all items to our customers.

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing your order and it will be shipped the following business day. Shipping times average 4 business days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Designs by M & J does not offer returns on damaged items due to mis-handling, improper care or improper hanging. Please see our FAQ section for proper care and hanging instructions for your one of a kind stained glass piece.
