  • How much is shipping?
We are pleased to be able to include shipping on all of our items to our customers!
  • How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing your order and it will be shipped the following business day. Shipping times average 4 business days.
  • Do you make custom designs?
We are currently closed for custom designs as we will be solely focused on our market season and online store over the next few months.
  • How should I hang my stained glass piece?
As window suction cups can dry out and loose their suction over time, we do not reccomend using these for your stained glass piece. As a great alternative, we love to use fishing line and screw hooks. Nails work great if this will be hung on your wall space as well. Be sure to fasten screws and nails securely to your window frame/trim or wall space.
  • How do I clean my stained glass piece?
Stained glass is beautiful, but delicate. It does require some special care: Our pieces are cleaned and protected with a waxy sealer. Minimal cleaning is required, a simple dust is all that’s needed with a dry, soft cloth. Your stained glass piece may start to patina or oxidise over time – this is completely natural and normal. If this happens with your design, I gently use a soft, dry brush with light pressure to remove the “white tarnish”. Window cleaners or other chemicals may damage the solder, glass and integrity of the piece so we do not recommend using these to clean your stained glass. Our glass designs are soldered together with a 60/40 blend of lead and tin. Even though your piece is sealed with a waxy sealer we do recommend washing your hands with soap and warm water after handling to prevent unwanted exposure.
  • What materials are used in the creation of my stained glass piece?
We use high quality, beautiful sheets of glass which are cut into our desired shape and ground smooth with a diamond tip bit. The pieces are soldered using a 60/40 blend of tin and lead. The hand iron that we use to melt the solder has temperatures from 600-800 degrees celsius. It is very hot and we take many safety precautions in our studio to ensure proper use. Some pieces also use gems, stones or freshwater pearls which are mostly hand drilled and attached to the design with a paired chain. All of these beautiful additions come from different parts of the globe and we love pairing them with our moon phases.
